Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow:

This class synchronizes the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth, flowing way. The breath is an important component of these classes, and the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

  • Lunch Flow: A vinyasa flow class condensed down to 45 minutes for those who need a quick yoga session mid-day!

Vinyasa Chill:

This class begins with a sequence of poses linked in movement while honoring the breath. The first half of class incorporates this movement and shorter holds in the postures to balance strength in the body. The second half of the class is based in Yin Yoga. During this portion of the class, most of the time is spent on the floor in long held stretches to allow you to unravel deeply, with a focus in the hips, legs, and low back. This class is the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day.

Balance & Bubbles: 

This class is a vinyasa flow class at a slower pace. We take a little of the momentum out of the flow and give plenty of breaks to sip on your complimentary mimosa! This is a great class for all levels, learn some of the basics with a little balancing challenge! If balance isn’t your friend that day then enjoy your mimosa instead!

Reiki & Yoga Class:

Slow down the pace of life and tune in to the flow of energy that connects body, mind and spirit. This class will guide you through a gentle flow practice, incorporating some Yin Yoga postures held for extended periods of time with Reiki treatments to balance chakras and boost the natural cleansing process of the body.

The practice of Reiki and Yoga go hand in hand. Just be open to the flow of energy, release expectations and enjoy the relaxation!

About Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing and well-being. It was developed in the early 1900’s by Dr. Mikao Usui, and brought to us by a lineage of selected masters. Its name derives from Rei: Spirit and Ki: Life Force.

Reiki is not a massage—the practitioner’s hands do not even have to be touching the recipient for the life force energy to flow from Reiki master to patient or recipient.

 Couples Yoga/One On One Yoga/ Group Class

  • $65/hr for 1 or 2 people.  After 2 people we add $10 per person.
